A: No, our body butters are not edible! Your skin will love them but your stomach won't. For external use only.
Q: Can I apply my whipped body butter to my face?
A: We recommend only using it on your body.
Q: Are your products vegan?
A: Yes, our products are vegan & cruelty free!
Q: Do your products contain preservatives?
A: No, our products are natural and do not contain preservatives. Introducing water to the product can significantly decrease the shelf life and cause it to go bad. Keep away from water at all times and store in a dry place.
Q: What currency are the prices in?
A: All prices on our website are in USD.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only offer U.S. shipping.

A: We ship through USPS.
Q: How long does it take to process an order?

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Items take 2-5 business days to ship. Once shipped, orders take 3-5 business days to get to you through USPS.
Q: I placed an order and have not gotten an email confirmation. What do I do?
A: In some cases, confirmation emails can end up in your spam folder. If you still have not recieved it please email us at kremebody@gmail.com.
Q: Where is my tracking number ?
A: Once your order is fufilled, you will recieve a tracking number. Tracking numbers will be updated up to 48 hours after your order has been shipped. Sometimes tracking information can end up in your spam folder. If you still have not recieved it, please email us at kremebody@gmail.com.
Q: Why hasn't the status of my tracking number updated since being located at the post office?
A: USPS is currently experiencing delays, please be patient and allow them additional time to deliver your package. For more information, refer to our shipping policy page.
Q: My order has not been delivered but is marked delivered on USPS, what do I do?
A: If you notice that your package has been marked as delivered, but you have not actually received it, please allow 1-2 business days for it to appear. It is very common for the package to show up the next day. If not, please file a claim with USPS. Also, please be aware that once we give USPS your package we have no control over what happens with your order. For more information, refer to our shipping policy page.
Q: What happens if my body butter melts during transit?
A: Due to the ingredients of our body butters, there is a chance of the products melting during transit in warmer temperatures. If your product does melt, don’t worry! It is fine and you can still use it. Leave your body butter in a cool, dry place for a couple of hours or place it in the fridge for a few minutes. It will solidify again and work as normal! Since they are whipped, the texture might look a little different due to the air pockets being released, but it will have the same benefits and hydrating formula that will melt into your skin, absorb quickly, and leave your body feeling & smelling amazing!
Q: Can I return/ exchange my items?
